If you use coconut oil you know that in the Fall and Winter when temperatures drop, it can solidify. You can liquify it by holding the container under hot tap water, placing the container in a pan of water and heating it over low heat or putting it on top of a warm stove. In warmer weather, you don’t have to worry about the coconut oil solidifying.
Over at the Nourished Life, Elizabeth came up with the idea of making whipped coconut oil body butter. The recipe is super simple and you can add any essential oil you’d like for scent. Lavender would be wonderful.
